This Shipping Policy is part of our Terms of Service and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms of Use.
Processing Time
Please allow between 3-5 days for us to pack & process your order. Shipping times may vary depending on stock availability or pre-orders, which then will be stated on the product’s page.
Shipping Times
All international orders are dispatched within 5 working days from the day they are made. This may vary on national holidays or unforeseen events. Please have in mind that during holidays like International Women’s Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s processing time may increase by several additional days.
Please allow between 2 and 14 days for delivery to your country.
European Union – 2- 4 business days
United Kingdom – 3-5 business days.
USA – 4-7 business days
Canada – 6-8 business days
Australia and New Zealand – 8-10 business days
Rest of the world – up to 14 business days.
Shipping fees depend on the total weight of your order. You will be able to see the shipping fee at checkout when you fill in the delivery address.
Depending on the country of residence regulations, you may be asked to pay customs and duties for your order. Soular Works Ltd is not responsible for any extra charges or costs the customer may have to encounter due to specific importation regulations on the country of residence the customer is based in.
Law requires us to list the full retail value of items ordered, and we are unable to send any package as a gift. On occasion, customs agents may open/inspect or delay delivery. For more information on customs fees and procedures, please contact your local customs office.
Shipping Policies
As a customer, it is your sole responsibility to enter your shipping information correctly when placing an order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error.
We are not responsible for any package that is stolen.
We are not responsible for any package that says “delivered”.
We are not responsible for any package damaged in transit. However, please contact us at office@reflectivecelebration.com and provide pictures if that is the case.
As a customer, it is your sole responsibility to be able to attend the delivery of your item. If an item is being redelivered to us because the recipient was unable to attend the delivery, we are happy to send it back to you once the item arrives at us first, and you (the customer) are responsible for assuming the shipping costs of the package as well as a restocking fee of 10% of the order cost if you wish your item to be returned to you.

Please, be reminded that we have no control about what you see in the tracking information. Please only contact us if the package goes missing during transit.
If your order has not been received within the specified timescale set out in this policy, in the first instance please check whether your local mail delivery office is holding your package. If they do not have your products, please contact us at office@reflectivecelebration.com and we will do our best to assist.
