Reflective Celebration is a platform for purchasing our card deck for annual self and group reflection, and related digital products and services. These Terms of Use govern your use of the Site, including purchases, downloads, and any content provided.

We offer physical products for reflection and mindful celebrations, as well as digital offers, which could be free and purchasable digital resources or services.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. The accuracy of the provided information is the Client’s sole responsibility. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

All purchases are subject to availability. Prices are listed in your country’s currency, and payment must be completed via the approved payment methods.

Soular Works has the right to change prices without notice. If during the contract an error in the price is established, Soular Works has the right to cancel it or change it, after informing you about it.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or Services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or Service made on this site is void where prohibited.

Delivery times and shipping costs are provided at checkout after you fill in your address. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs. For more information, check out our Shipping page.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, except in the case of damaged or defective items. In that case you need to contact us and file a complaint within 5 days of receiving your order for assistance.

Customers may file complaints for discrepancies between the delivered goods and the agreed terms, including but not limited to:

• Incomplete orders;
• Expired goods;
• Wrong items delivered;
• Items with damaged packaging rendering them unusable;
• Other visible non-conformities with the sales agreement.

Complaints can be submitted via email to office@reflectivecelebration.com;

Customers must provide:

• The subject of the complaint;
• Desired resolution: replacement, refund, or price reduction;
• Contact details: name, email, phone, and delivery address.

Complaints must include proof of purchase, documents verifying the discrepancy, and, if possible, photo evidence.

The Merchant reviews complaints within 14 days and notifies the customer of the resolution. If justified, replacement goods will be provided within one month. If replacement is not possible, the customer may request a refund or price reduction.

Complaints can be filed within 5 days of receiving the purchase. Filing a complaint does not affect other legal claims.

The intellectual property rights to all materials and resources available on the Merchant's website (including the name Soular Works Ltd., Reflective Celebration, logo, corporate symbols, trademarks, and the available databases) are protected under the Copyright and Related Rights Act, the Trademarks and Geographical Indications Act, the Industrial Design Act, and all other applicable legal provisions. These rights belong to the Merchant or the respective entity that has granted usage rights to the Merchant and may not be used in violation of current legislation.
No part of this website may be reproduced in any form—copied, distributed, or used as photographs, text, graphics, or services—for any purpose or in any medium or computer environment without the express written consent of the Company. The materials on this site are protected under the Copyright and Related Rights Act, and any unauthorized use may constitute a violation of copyright, trademark rights, or other legal provisions. In the event of copying or reproducing information beyond what is permitted, or any other infringement of the Merchant’s intellectual property rights, the Merchant reserves the right to claim compensation for direct and indirect damages in full.
Except where explicitly agreed otherwise, the Customer may not reproduce, modify, delete, publish, distribute, or otherwise disclose the informational resources published on the Merchant's website. The Merchant commits to taking reasonable care to ensure that the Customer has proper access to the services provided. The Merchant reserves the right to suspend access to the provided services. The Merchant has the right, but not the obligation, to delete informational resources and materials published on the website at its discretion.

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

Soular Works is not liable for any interruptions or errors on the Site. Any losses or damages resulting from your use of our products are client’s responsibility and Soular Works shall be held blameless. Client agrees that any and all use of products and services is at the Client's sole risk. Client is solely responsible for the content of its messages, communications and actions on the website.

No claims or guarantees are made by Soular Works as to the accuracy or reliability of Services and Products, unless otherwise expressly stated in this Terms of Use. Soular Works does not give any warranties that services and products shall meet the Client’s requirements. Soular Works also does not give any Warranties regarding the results that may be achieved or regarding the accuracy and reliability of any information or product, obtained through our Services.

Soular Works takes measures to protect the User’s personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. For the security of Users’ personal data, the Merchant will send information only to the email address duly provided by the User during registration, including if it has been subsequently updated by the User through the appropriate procedure, or the email address provided at the time of placing an order as a guest (unregistered User). At any time, the Merchant has the right to request the User to verify their identity and confirm the accuracy of the information and personal data provided during registration.
