Choose a day when you want to dedicate special time to deep reflection and invite your closest friends to share this process with you. You can always do the ritual on your own, but the effect will be very different. <\/span>When you are with other people, you create a shared space of mutual support, helping each other in the process of reflection and integration. <\/b>The most valuable part for everyone comes with the discussion that follows the questions and the sharing that happens within your group.<\/span><\/p>\n

Create an atmosphere of intimacy and comfort where you can relax. Feel what would be most suitable for your personal mood and the people you’ve invited to join you. You can use anything that comes to mind \u2013 music, pillows and blankets, flowers, candles, and other scents. Don\u2019t overdo it, but don\u2019t hold back either. Think about the intention with which you enter this ritual. Your own intention. You can also invite others to think about theirs beforehand. What do you want to feel during this process? Why is it important for you to do your annual review at this moment and in this specific way? <\/p>\n

When you gather, share your intention with the others. This will create more trust between you. It will encourage them to be open and share their intention as well. <\/p>\n

Place the cards so that everyone can easily access them. If you’re sitting in a circle, put the deck in the center. Lay them face down \u2013 so that you see the dark side with the phoenix of each card, not the question on the other side.<\/b> It\u2019s better not to pile up the cards in a stack, but to spread them out like a sea of cards.<\/span><\/p>\n

Before you draw cards, you may want to take a minute to observe the sea of cards in front of you and feel which one draws you the most<\/b>. Even when you can\u2019t see the questions, the energy of the cards will pull you in the right direction.<\/p>\n

Invite each person to draw one card and read the question silently to themselves.<\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Give yourselves time to connect with your question and<\/span> hear the answer that comes to mind.<\/b> And when someone feels ready, let them read the question aloud and share their answer. Don\u2019t be afraid to share in detail and express your emotions! Life is exactly that \u2013 a series of experiences, each with its own emotions and feelings. Once you\u2019re in this circle, the people there want to hear what you will share. <\/span>Give voice to your experiences! <\/b><\/p>\n

Once the person who drew the question has answered, the question becomes open to everyone. Let anyone who feels moved to respond to the other person\u2019s question. If you feel the desire to share, go ahead.  <\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Allow yourself to feel all that comes up inside you. This is who you are. Give yourselves a few minutes for everyone in the group to turn inward and reflect on what they\u2019ve gone through in the ritual. What did you share? Which moments from the year came to mind? What did you feel while you were present in the circle with others? What is your overall feeling about the year after going through the questions? <\/span><\/p>\n

Close the ceremony with a final question: <\/p>\n

What, from everything I\u2019ve shared and heard from myself and others in this group, resonates most deeply with me? <\/b><\/p>\n

This is your strongest message moving forward. <\/b><\/p>\n
